Petromax Olive Wood Ladle

The Petromax Olive Wood Ladle is made for serving campfire stews into hungry bowls. With a 60ml capacity it is also handy for tasting while you cook or measuring ingredients, and the long handle even lets you scoop water from a stream.

Each ladle is hand-made in Germany from olive wood (Olea europaea) taken from trees felled once they no longer bear fruit. The oil wax finish makes it durable and naturally food-safe, and the wood grain and engraved Petromax logo make every one unique.

Care

Wash only with gentle detergent and water, and let it dry thoroughly after every use. Treat it now and then with good olive oil. Strongly coloured foods such as tomato soup or red wine sauce can discolour the wood.
