Where do you deliver?
Across the UK, plus the EU and a number of other countries. UK standard delivery is £4.99, and it's free on orders of £50 or more. See Delivery & Returns for all the prices.
Why has my order arrived in more than one parcel?
Many products come straight from the independent makers who produce them. If you order from more than one maker, each one may send its part of the order separately.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on unused items in their original packaging. Opened food and drink can only be returned if it's damaged or faulty. The full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
How long do rubs and seasonings keep?
Check the best-before date on each jar. As a rule, rubs taste best within about six months of opening, so keep them sealed, cool and dry.
Are your products gluten free or allergen free?
Full ingredients and allergens are listed on each product's label, and on the product page wherever the maker has given them to us. If you have a question, please get in touch before ordering.
How do I look after a handmade knife?
Hand wash it, dry it straight away and never put it in the dishwasher. Carbon steel blades build a patina over time, which is normal. Use a wooden board, and hone or strop little and often.
Do you sell gifts?
