We send orders across the UK, and to the EU and a list of other countries.
UK
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more
- Express delivery: £6.99
Outside the UK
- EU: £14.99
- Rest of the world (including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland and Norway): £23.99
Orders going outside the UK may have import duties or taxes to pay on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Many of the things we stock come straight from the small makers who produce them, so an order with items from more than one maker may arrive in more than one parcel. You'll get tracking details by email once each part of your order is on its way.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive the return, we'll refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
For food safety reasons, we can't take back food or drink that has been opened, or anything perishable, unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
Some handmade pieces, such as knives, trays and boards, are one-offs. They can still be returned under the same terms, so please pack them carefully.
Damaged or faulty?
If anything arrives broken, leaking or not as described, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
